Who do we ship with? 

We ship with The Courier Guy.
They deliver between 9am and 5pm Monday-Friday. Delivery does not include weekends and public holidays. 

How long will it take once shipped?

We manufacture to order, with the exception of a few collections which we hold inventory of. Lead times per item are listed on each product and collection page for your reference. Courier time once your order has been produced and booked:

JHB & Pretoria courier time is approximately 1 - 2 days
Other areas take approximately 3 - 4 working days
You will notified who your parcel has been sent with via email.

Courier times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the courier company.

Important Information

We need a telephone number for all orders and cannot ship without.
We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
Courier will ask you to provide a pin, which will be mailed to you prior to delivery. 
Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.
